Shahar established Bconduct Ltd. on 2011 together with Mr. Ofir. From 2010 and 2012 Shahar served as Vice President of international sales at MTS (NASDAQ: MTSL). Shahar is an accomplished sales and operations executive with over 20 years of experience in selling, operating and delivering large scale value added solutions, applications and infrastructures to global operators. Prior to joining MTS, Shahar was a Sales Director at Infogin, a Telco-grade mobile content provider, as a Sales director for APAC region. Shahar also served as Director of Operation & sales director at Flash Networks, an intelligent mobile Internet solutions provider, and managed sales in Central and Eastern Europe & Latin of America with large telecom operators.
Dror established Bconduct Ltd. on 2011 together with Mr. Ismailov. Prior to Bconduct, Dror managed “Ofir Marketing Ltd” for more than 15 years. Dror has proven success business development of large production volume in varied of industries. Dror deep experience of the Asia region allows him to build very strong relationship with Asian manufactures and professionally manage complicated production processes..
